The Company Our client is a leading consulting firm in Hong Kong driving a large scale pensions transformation project The Role We are seeking an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) Consultant with a strong background in financial services to support the planning, governance, and execution of strategic projects..Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare executive-level dashboards and reports on project performance, financials, and key metrics.</li><li>Track project budgets, forecasts, and actuals, ensuring alignment with financial controls.</li><li>Ensure effective communications for cross-functional collaboration between business, IT, risk, and compliance teams.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation, including project artifacts, decision logs, and evidence on SharePoint or other designated repositories.</li><li>Organize and document steering committee meetings, workshops, and alignment calls.</li><li>Act as a liaison between project teams, ensuring alignment on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.</li></ul>Your profile:<ul><li>Minimum two years in a project coordination, PMO support or consulting role within project environments (banking, insurance, asset management, or fintech)</li><li>Strong knowledge of financial services regulations, project financials, and risk management.</li><li>Familiarity with project management methodologies</li><li>Proficiency in following tools (MS Project, JIRA, Sharepoint, Power BI, Excel)</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills</li></ul> Apply Today To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
